Let's do this! Take those cans and sale them back! If you keep them the nic bitch will trick you into using them. Now you learned you can't do this alone , so....post roll and let's get you some badass quit going on! Your success is in your hands! You control your own destiny, but we can definitely help stir you clear in hard times! I quit with you today my friend! Don't waste another second of life it's precious!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Welcome to the fun, Johnny!
Thumblewort's directions are spot on.
I would also point you to this link killthecan.org where you can read all about our addiction.

1. Read the welcome center and learn how to post roll, and what roll call means.
2. Take your rage and withdrawals out here. That is what we are here for. Leave your family out of it.
3. You didn't quit for 4 months , you stopped.

Jump in with both feet, this is a fight for your life.

Today is the day...

My name is Johnny. I've been dipping a can or more a day since I was 15. That was ten years ago. I work nights by myself in the middle of the desert so the struggle is already real. I bought 11 cans today before I read some of the posts on here and decided it was time to do it for good. O btw I quit for 4 months last year and ended up picking it up again. The withdrawals almost got me a divorce last time so I'm well aware of how I'm going to be for the next couple months. Here we go again this time for good!
