I am bulletin board dumb. Bear with me on my posting/replies and general performance on this site. Not sure if I need to do anything else, But I do want to talk about my progress, good or bad.
No such things as bad as long as you are quit.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Am I the only person on this site that finds the process of posting roll to be very difficult and not clear? I understand the concept, but the process seems long, drawn out and not very friendly for those that are not computer geeks. Maybe I just need to try it a couple times. I want to get my roll post done. I have read the instructions and then watched the video, I am just as confused as I was before...
KT,

Roll can be confusing. There are probably ways from a formatting perspective that could be easier, but it is the way it is by design. It forces you to spend a little time with it and figure it out. Your quit is important enough to you that you'll do that right?

You are certainly not the only one to struggle with roll. There's a guy in my group who will post Day 402 today and I will bet you a thousand dollars he screws up the post.

The most important thing is that you make that post and the promise. Keep doing it, you'll figure it out. But don't be the guy who lets frustration with formatting drive you away from the most useful tool in the world for a successful quit.
You'll get it soon, remember, your brain is foggy right now.

Here is a video if you need help posting roll https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmDgTPJ6HyM
Drink a lot of water to flush the poison out of your system, and read all that you can on the site it will help you stay quit. If you want it bad enough, nobody can quit for you or make you quit. It is up to you to decide if you really want it and if you are ready to fight for it every day.

Today is the Day!
« on: June 06, 2017, 05:32:00 AM »
I have dipped for 43 years without any success in quitting. Tomorrow was supposed to be the day as I have been reducing the quantity of tobacco I put into my body daily for two days. Today I planned to reduce the usage to once every 3 hours, for only 15 minutes each. A member told me to throw the can away and start now. I read several blogs on here and decided to throw out that can at 0300 hours, 06/06/2017!
