Man, you get some Quit time under your belt and you are going to see the world in a whole new perspective. Addiction puts a vail over our eyes. It hides truth. Don't give up. Give this all you got. Yeah, it sucks to start with. But man it gets so much better. And then your vision becomes clear. And it will break your heart what you have done in the past. Allowing such destruction. But at the same time you will have tears of joy likened to a freed prisoner. The sky will be blue and the sun rich and warm and you'll be glad your alive. I'm telling you, today you are not the real person that's inside you. But that person will come out if you give this Quit all you got. Sound cheesy? It is. But its true. Want to double check me? Stay Quit One Day at a Time and you'll soon know what I'm talking about.

The thing about dipping is it's like Russian Roulette except the risk isn't the gun, but the can is deadly every dip. It may be the control it plays in your life, the line it draws between you, the can, and others. Or the deadly, costly big C. Cancer. I've told myself a million times, it won't happen to me. But I worry every canker sore, toothache, white soars or sore throat. Two years ago I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer. I spent six months going in for radiation treatments daily. Dipping the whole time. I still have side effects that will be with me for life from those treatments. Then 4 months ago I lost my brother to esophageal cancer from tobacco. Talk about somebody being slow to be a quitter. I had tried quitting several times with no success. Then I found KTC. It's only been 8 days but that is 5 more days than I had gone before. And the support I have with other quitters just like me and daily roll, that is the reason I will forever be a quitter. It's a whole new world, and it's AWESOME.
amazing what we will do to chew ...in 2013 i was hospitalized due to an irregular heart beat due to the chew....as soon as I got out I went for a dip....and risked the same shit over again....never too late brother I am 3 days behind you but together we will get this done...never going back...
stay strong
Damn what a mind fuck this drug has on people. Congrats on your 8 days. That's a big fucking deal. Physical part should be over, but the mental aspect is now the enemy. In life the majority of great things do not come easy, including this. I can't tell you how much the fight is worth it though. PM me if there is anything I can do to help this transition in your life.

Stewy,

Good Lord, you know what you need to do. Get in your quit group, post roll, and make this quit permanent. Tobacco is a destructive bitch that will ruin your life piece by piece. Learn to hate it and you'll be on the other side in no time!
