Welcome to the site, and welcome to the QUIT! Good luck with the roll call, I still can't figure that shit out! But, I post it EVERY DAY to STAY QUIT!
Exactly, just post something every day in the June group that you will not use nicotine that day. If you mess up roll call there is someone always willing to fix it. You will get it soon...the most important thing is not to get frustrated and quit the quit.

It's been a long 23 years of chewing Cope.  I have a family, my daughter and my wife, and for a while now, I have wanted to stop chewing.  I found some white spots on my gums one morning and the chew would start to hurt.  I told myself, I need to stop now.  I ordered some Hooch snuff and this stuff works well.  I have heard nothing but good things about this site and I will need some help for sure.  My wife is very supportive but I will need more than that.  Can someone please tell me how to join your quitting group so you can go through this roll call?  Also, thanks to Chewie for getting me on this website, appreciate that again sir.
Go to the June '10 HOF class and post roll, there's also directions on how to post roll call too, I'll see if I can find them, in the mean time go ahead and introduce youself in the June '10 class.
to find June 2010 go Community above and the click on members group then June 2010, to find directions got to community above then to welcome center then to dorections for posting roll. Welcome to the group,

I believe all this above is right

Just quit yesterday
« on: February 27, 2010, 09:04:00 AM »
I have been thinking of quitting for some time now. It's been over 20 years of chewing. First Skoal and then ended up with Cope for years. One of the hardest things to decide in my life. I'll be honest, I have tried stopping in the past but with no success. I'm sure alot of you have tried in the past. I'm sure hoping this support at this stie will help along the way. So far I have had great experiences with this site. Some person by the name of Chewie helped me get on the site. Thanks again Chewie for the help, appreciate it. Well enough of the boring stuff, let's quit now. Let the fun begin.
