Thank you for all the support. Today has been tough - kids saw psycho momma today. But after 19 years of doing this shit - I really want to quit. I'm still in this, thanks again for your words.

hey Smiles, this isn't gonna be easy, but YOU CAN be QUIT, I promise you that!
1st 72 hours are rough, this is when the body is dumping the nic out of your system...drink lots of water. After the 72 hours it becomes the mind fuck game. You need to stay close to the site, post roll early. Read, read, read everything here at KTC. Learn about your addiction and you WILL win, ONE day at a TIME.
One day at a time and the days will stack up in your favor.
Fog, funk, nic dreams will come, then they will go.
In the end you'll be QUIT, healthier than ever, proud of yourself, a faster thinker (no longer high/drunk on nic), and life will get MUCH BETTER!
Do whatever you have to do to NOT put the POISON in your mouth!!!!
Be extra kind to your family cause you might be grouchy...exercise more and take long walks and get any family support you can...stay scared and use your fear to kick in the teeth of the nic bitch daily, one day at a time, one minute at a time if you have to. It will get better, I promise.
Proud to be quit with YOU! 'bang head'
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
It's poison I tell ya, You wouldn't drink Liquid Drano, would ya?

Smiles -- based on my math, you're closing in on 6 hours...say it out loud "... SIX hours without dipping...."

It's one minute, one hour, one day at a time.........you can do this

Hi. Today I made the decision not to dip anymore. I made the decision not to kill myself anymore from dipping or set a bad example in front of my kids. I made a decision to smile again - instead of hiding my teeth because I had a big wad in my mouth.

I'm an addict and I'm gonna need some help. One hour at a time, one day at a time.

I'm quitting for good.

Welcome as you have made the best decision that you will never regret. Take Roam's advice about reading up and posting roll.

You are on the right state of mind as we do this one day at a time. And remember to never try during this time, You DO. You are quit now as lets keep it that way.

Will stay quit with you so give a holler and ask (as in here it is not considered weak to ask) if you have any questions.

Routine here is simple: wake up, post roll, honor your word all day by not shoving nic into your system, goto bed. Repeat. Read read read and drink plenty of water, i mean lots!! Its gunna suck for the first week, but we are here for you. Pm me if you need any help.
