On day 84 of the quit and anxiety and fog have returned this week in full force. People laugh and don't understand how weird and bad this crap feels but it's rough! Anywho, not gonna turn back now as it looks like several have mentioned this is normal. Thanks to this site I haven't gone insane, though I've felt like it a few times. Spent 17 years at a can a day of skoal, decided I didn't want my young boys to think dip was cool so I put it down.
Welcome Roy! If you've been checking things out then you know how this works. Get on over to the July quit group, introduce yourself, and post roll! It's simple but you have to to it each and every day first thing. Every Damn Day. Make your promise not to use nicotine in any form, before you do anything else. Then keep that promise for just that one day. One Day At A Time. I will be happy to guide you if you'd like.

I am sending you a PM with my digits. If you'd like support from me on a daily basis then just drop me a text. It's up to you though, just like your quit.
