Well 41 days ago the doc says we have to do a biopsy, I let her know it is my second and I have no fear. That night at work I realized what I had said. I said Bitch I have been chewing everything from Redman to Copenhagen for the last 34 years and you aren't going to scre me wioth another "Biopsy"

I did have it all was good but that day on March 8th 2010 was the last day I have had tobacco products in my system.Today I have seeds, suckers and smarties in my mouth and my teeth after 42 days are whire.

I still have the "fog" and sleep disorder. I sleep with gum in my mouth cus I slept with chew there too.

I don't get a lot of support from family because they do not chew or smoke so that throws my Immediate support group ou the window.

I just wanted to wuit, i AM RAMBLING CUS i CAN, BECAUSE i AM A QUITTER 42 days old.

I truly lookup to each and every person who comes through that wall .

I'm using my tongue for other things now instead of pushing dip from one side to the other.

last night I dreamt that someone had left an open can in my area of work, In my dream I found a can partially full with dip, In my dream I went around the rim of the top with y finger and inside the can getting everything from that can. In my dream I placed that dip in my moth and Immediately threw up. In my dream
dip dreams are common when you are ridding yourself of nicotine. it has happened to me too!

I've had a few of those and I was pissed and mad when I woke up. One time I even went into the bathroom to look at my teeth to see if there was any dip in there. I could have sworn I had dipped. I was so pissed to thank that I caved after doing such a good job. It reminds you how much control this crap controlled us.

Stay Determined!
I look at it this way. Every time my quit brings up something that is uncomfortable I believe it is my body healing itself, repairing some of the damage I did to myself over the years.

Dip dreams, funks, rages, anxiety, fukits.. all part of the healing process. Fight through them all, the NIC bitch will not go lightly. You have to fight her !!
