Hold on tight and kick the nic bitch in the head every time she sneaks up on you! Nothing easy about quitting just man up and make damn sure your doing this for you. Were all addicts here we've been through most everything your gonna experience. Get on here stay on here be damn proud of every second of your quit! Like these guys said its gonna suck at first but its so worth it!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Congrats on the best decision. This will be tough but you can definitely do it. I'm on day 19 and its getting better each day.

Read the welcome center so you can learn how to post roll. It's kinda pain in the ass the first time but its a very important thing to do first thing when you get up to renew your quit commitment every day. I see you are either up really early or stay up really late so let me know if you need help or whatever just PM me and I can get you numbers. I work straight nights so I'm always up until 6am Central. Welcome to the grind.

Great move. The next 3-7 days will absolutely suck. Embrace the pain and drink a shit ton of water. Get some seeds and atomic fireballs. Also, go post roll with June 2014. Welcome!

Just Quit
« on: February 27, 2015, 03:27:00 AM »
Hello. So ive decided to make the commitment and quit. I had a chew a few hours ago but I just flushed the remainder of my can down the toilet. This site seems great, im definitely excited to start life without my dip.
