Brandon, you've acknowledged the addiction, you don't want no more of that shit in your mouth. Divorce the nic-bitch...she'll throw a fit for about a week, but don't let her swoon you back. After about a week, the hardest part is over and you'll begin to build your life without her. Sure...you'll remember her...her taste, her smell....but she's a nasty bitch that does nothing good for you so keep away.
My name is Jon, and I quit with you today bro. Get in your Quit group and post roll with everyone fighting the same fight you are. You need the group, and the group needs you!

Back story: I'm 28 years old Male I started smoking when I was 20 stopped smoking and switched to dipping in 2010. In the last few months i really feel like when I wanted to dip it was more of a hassle and didn't really want to. I was a 2 time a day Dipper but would keep it in 30 mins plus. Well two weeks ago i got a stomach flu, proceeded by getting a cold right after and i lost 15 lbs. I dipped about once a day during the 3 days of the cold just so i wouldn't get withdrawals while I was sick. Tuesday was the last time I had a dip in my mouth. Yesterday I used a 4mg nicorette lozenge for about 5 mins and spit it out. All day all I felt was like my brain was in a Fog. I would be asked a question and while i was answering it i would forget the question. Also if i smelt food i felt nauseous so I didn't get to eat much. I also felt like i was in a constant panic and it gave me a weird feeling in my chest which was scary. I'm also getting hot sweats and getting cold , along with waking up all the time. Then being tired all day. Is this shit normal? I really just want my appetite to come back. Either way i know im all over the place with this but that may due to foggyness. I do have a year and a half old daughter that i love very much and i dont want her to see me using tobacco and make her more predisposed to using nicotine. Im just freaking out this shit sux.
We call it the Suck, lasts about 4 days while the nicotine is leaving your system. Looks like youÂ’re halfway through, stick it out. By the way, ZERO nicotine allowed here, no patches, gum, smokes or dip/chew. Stick your name on the March 2015 roll call. YouÂ’re in March because that will be when you celebrate 100 days quit. Welcome aboard!
Man you are really smart to put this in writing. What nicotine is putting you through is bs. Kodiak is a nasty whore that took a lot of time, money, and health from you and look at what she is giving back! Here is the good news... It gets better fast. Your appetite will come back. Food will start tasting really good, see chemical wintergreen and tobacco kinda kills off some taste sensory, but you'll get it back.

Post toll, keep your word. This is hard but if you are a man of integrity you can do it. One day at a time you are making yourself and your family really proud. Welcome aboard. If I can help shoot me a pm. We are all in this together.
Brandon , missed you on roll yesterday. Roll call is the tool that will lead you to freedom. How is it going?
