Congratulations on HOF today, sir.

You are doing this the right way. On behalf of the April 2013 Fogcutters... thank you for posting with us and congratulations. As good as you feel today, as proud as you feel of this accomplishment, it gets SO much better. 4 years ago the Fogcutters were in your shoes. One day at a time, you are earning a freedom that you cannot imagine.

Enjoy this sweet victory.

Proud to quit with you too! Nicotine is for sure off the table as that is the root cause no matter what form it is absorbed. Thanks for the welcome and I will start getting numbers from my quit group.

Welcome Econnor. Nice job posting roll. Grab digits from some of your brothers in April for an extra layer of accountability.

Post roll early every day, and honor your promise. Take the option of using nicotine off the table. Reach out when you need help.

Proud to quit with you!

Quit Day 1
« on: January 01, 2017, 11:31:00 AM »
Whats up everybody. 29 yrs old been dipping for the past 12-13 years. Married with 2 kids and one on the way. For the past 2-3 years I have increased to around 2-3 cans a day of Cope LC. I have had multiple "pauses" in my journey of freedom from Nic. with the longest being around a year. It was the best year I have had in a long time. I have paused before and it never resulted in a quit as I never had others help me. I always kept everything inwards and didn't want anyone to know the anxiety and misery I was feeling. I honestly know I can quit this time. I have been mentally preparing and telling my wife/family/friends for the past week or so that 1/1/17 I'm done with dip to have them help be my personal accountable group that I don't want to let down. I just needed a nice round date as in the new years!

So to all my future friends, brothers and sisters that have walked before me...... I am done...I am 10 1/2 Hrs quit and I look forward to the suck, the fog, the aches, the dip dreams (I already had one before I woke up) I also look forward to the freedom from a stupid piece of weed that with it carries so much agony and false worship in all aspects of daily life.
