Dude - being a slave to it is such an accurate term.

I wouldn't make any move without it. If I went hunting dip was there. Going for a drive? A date with my wife? Special dinner with friends? No matter what or where, dip was there. Running low, but I'm going to be late? Still stopping to get some dip.

I would choose to not eat in order to suck on a dip. I would choose to stay awake to suck on a dip.

Dip was my master. I lived for dip.

Way to post roll. Doesn't matter if you jack it up, as long as that promise is there. Today is in the bag with that promise, all you have to do is
honor your word. Go ahead and get some numbers from the guys/gals in your April group. The more people you have holding you acountable the
better chance you have of remaining quit. Dink up, the Kool aid tastes great but freedom is so much better

Very Happy for you! I have dipped solid for about 26 years, I quit 8 days ago. It does suck. I found benefit from recognizing the voice working every angle to get me to give the addict what he wants. Be strong, time to quit. I feel better than I did 8 days ago. You will too. Just accept the addict and do not give in to his wishes. Be strong! Post on the roll. DM or email if you need to chat.

Today, your life changed for the better. Get ready for the suck. 3 days of quit hell. This is what separates the quitters from the cavers. You have to make it through the first 3 days, they are the hardest. Read intros and stay connected to the KTC site. When I quit 238days ago, I lived on this site just to get me through. It's gonna be tough, but you got this!!! We have all been where you are now and understand what you are about to go through. We've got your back. Other guys in your April group are gonna reach out. Hi everyone. I'm so tired of chew. I'm done. I wish I could go back and kick myself in the nuts 15 years ago when I decided to put a dip in.

So tired of the anxiety over every little bump or whatever in mouth. So tired of lying to my wife about where I'm going and why it takes me so long to take dump. So tired of planning my life around it. So tired of thinking what I'm going to say to my daughter when I'm dying from something I could've prevented.

Anyways, I'm here, I'm addicted, and I will be posting roll everyday.
