Nice intro.

Over the next seven months (until your one year quit mark), you'll continue to have triggers - "It's my first time doing __________ without a dip in." Approach each of those triggers with the confidence that you've already won hundreds of battles against nicotine, but also approach the triggers humbly. If you don't respect that they each represent a very real danger, you could be among those putting up a Day 1. Make and remember your promise every day.

Proud to quit with you.
I agree, nice intro and im proud to quit with you. My most infamous trigger was driving and showering. Make sure you acknowledge those triggers. Its your quit, you take control. I remember when they would hit me I would out loud say "No" and then proceed. It looked like I was crazy to other people, but fuck em.
Thanks guys. Very proud to quit with y'all too. I do watch out for triggers every day. Driving is one of my triggers as well. One day not long ago i was alone, thankfully, and a bit of fog hit me and i got very angry about it and did the same as you. I added a few choice words and pretty much told nicotine that I won. I'll keep fighting harder every day until the day I die. Dip can kiss my ass.

Introduction
« on: May 24, 2017, 11:29:00 AM »
Better late than never.. That's the best way to describe me. I didn't start college until I was 22 yrs old, I didn't get married until I was 34 and I'm just now posting my introduction on my 130th day of being quit.

Hello,

My name is Robbie and I am addicted to smokeless tobacco. I started dipping when I was 16 and it quickly became a can a day habit of either Kodiak or Copenhagen that lasted for 23 years. My journey here began on January 15th, 2017 and has been one helluva ride ever since. I have established many great relationships here with the strongest men and women I've ever known in my entire life and I meet more almost every single day. I look forward to the journey and if you're reading this, I hope to be part of your quit as well.
