going strong at work currently, although it is starting to get rougher.
Great, Dave. Now get with the program here, brother...get over to October and post roll letting the world know that you are promising to quit for the day...then repeat it first thing tomorrow morning....and the next and the next and the next....

THEN you'll be on your way to a successful quit.
Blah...Blah...Blah...You keep TALKIN....I'll keep QUITTIN

I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to support YOUR quit.

first time poster here... just had a thirty minute conversation with my father(who is a doctor) about how he didnt want me to be dead at his age.  decided it was time to quit.  been doing it since college, dumbest decision of my life.  anyone got any ideas for things i can do to stay sharp at work and not crave a dip?  i thought about sunflower seeds and gum, plus the mint snuff stuff that doesnt have nicotine or tobacco... obviously.

thanks for all the help

Well, first off, congratulations...I think...for starting your quit today. At least it sounds like you are but I didn't hear you say as such. As for what will help, I would ask you this -

DOES YOUR WORD MEAN ANYTHING? DO YOU HAVE INTEGRITY?

If so, start by posting roll every morning...first thing...meaning you make your promise to each and every one of us on KTC that you WILL NOT DIP THAT DAY.

So, you ready to commit to the quit? Are you ready to get active in this site and your quit?
There's that gauntlet. Pick that fucker up. Show me what you got. Check your (Inbox 1) upper right corner of your screen.
