Okay sorry for the incorrect placement of the post. I was also wondering what roll meant, thank you for the clarification.
No apologies necessary. It's just we don't rely on luck here. And we don't 'hope' we can make it. And we don't 'try' shit.

We do.

We Quit.
What is your major malfunction?!?!?!?!

I see you on roll, and I quit with you today. Make some friends, get some numbers, and buckle up for the next few days.

It's all good man.

Here's our welcome center. Read up, and don't be afraid to ask any questions you got. No incorrect placement. This thread is yours. Use it as you will.

No luck man. We control our quits here, and you control your quit.

You can do this.

First of all, know how to do roll, why we post roll, and then DO IT. That's where a quit starts: Your promise to yourself that you won't use. That promise is made here so that we can have your back here. You'll find quite a few guys in the same thralls of insanity these first few days. Hold tight. Put your backs together. Hold on.

Drink water (and tons of it). Exercise. Limit your caffeine. Have a plan. Know your triggers. Ask questions.

You can do this.

topic/10685990/127/ This is where you go to post your Day 1 roll call. Roll call is your promise to stay nicotine free for 24 hours. It is the backbone to all of our quits. Post roll and you will get unlimited support.

Oh yeah, we don't wish luck here, we just quit.

So today I am quiting. I'm so tired of having an addiction to this terrible habit. I picked up chewing (grizzly wintergteen) 3 years ago. Ever since then I have had medical problems. Mostly with the association of GERD (a of form of acid reflux). I believed it is caused by chewing mainly because I didn't have it until a year after chewing. I tried every thing in the book to help with this disease. Anything but the real cause behind it. So today I'm fed up with it. And I quit.
