Terry,

I sent you a message with my # and haven't heard back from you.  If you need help getting started on this site just let me know.  It doesn't appear that you have posted roll yet in September.  The  sooner you get started, the  sooner the suck will be over.
Boomer, Sooner? Sorry Pave but I couldn't resist. Hope I didn't offend you with the vulgarity Terry. However, I'm worried that you are not as serious about your health and money as you stated the other day. You are right though, it is worth it. I'm speaking for me and Pave - the other side of the HOF mountain is glorious. I wish every new quitter would have the guts to let go of the bitch's hand and toddle into the light. We are here to help. Check your Inbox(1).

Vadge Day 140
I'm greatly offended by the Boomer Sooner comment. Please refrain from using that phrase ever again. TIA.

Terry, glad to have you quit with us. Stick to the site, read as much as you can, use the tools given here, and you will be quit.

WT is right on though...don't take the rage out on the family. They didn't put that stuff in your mouth (at least not your wife and kids). Come vent in either live chat or on the forum. We've been through it and we can take it.

To start out, make sure you read the Welcome Center and learn how and why the site works.

Once you've got the basics, click here to watch a 2 minute video on how to post roll.

And once you have learned how to post roll, go do so in your September '12 quit group. As you may have read, you would hit your 100 days of being quit in September.

We are all here if you need anything. Just ask. Drink lots of water, use Nyquil or Tylenol PM for the first couple of nights, take lots of walks and get as much exercise as possible, and stay close to the website. Like I said, use the tools and you will be quit.

One day at a time.

I am starting my quit right now!!! I got my first dip at 4 yrs old but started dipping on a daily basis when i was 12..so i have been dipping going on 27 yrs now..i fought cancer and won once before and really dont want to do it again.. ( not related to dipping) its gonna be hard on my family but in the long run it will be worth it to save my health and money. :D
Terry, spare the family except the ones that gave dip to a 4 yr old. We are here to help you, to take your rage, to support your quit. Go to your September quit group and post roll, start making contacts to support your quit.
