Sounds like you have the right mindset; great choice to quit. Keep reading everything here, and follow the plan. The KTC quit plan works. Get involved and live the plan. PM me if you need anything.

Welcome, Bry.

If you're serious about this quit, then you've found the right place. Dive headfirst into this place, and it'll save your ass. Post roll, be a man of your word, rinse and repeat. Reach out to your December 2014 brothers. Build accountability and burn the boats that lead back to slavery.

Quit on, Garth.

Welcome Bry!

You are in the right place if you want to quit. Feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions or need another accountability partner. We are all in this together!

Bry73,
Welcome and congratulations on your quit. Have you posted roll yet? If not find your group, December per HOF?
Keep reading everything on this site, but start being active and reaching out to fellow quitters.
Build a network to help you quit, it is hard to undo 20years of addiction without support.
PM me for digits,
Charles

Hello,

Really new to all of this but I'm currently on day 11 of no tobacco. Started back in 1994 during the military and have looked on this site a few times over the past couple of years and really appreciate all the information you provide.

Went from a can a day user to lots of water and cinnamon trident. Whenever I feel the urge (usually at work) i'll always pull up this site and read. I have tried a couple of times over the years to quit but am determined and doing this for myself this time not because someone asked me to.
