Who would've thought that starting to dip at the age of 13 because of the major league players I looked up to would turn into something so addictive? My name is Matt I'm 29, been dipping on and off for over 15 years. I've tried to quit a few times, and was successful for a couple months each time until at work every time I get a rub off someone. That snow balls into another dip, then another,  then finally buying a can. I joined this group to lean on other guys and their stories to keep me on my goal of quitting cold turkey and staying away from it.
Welcome! 'party'

Seems like you know how caving works. We are all addicts here and one taste will lead right back to nicotine slavery. Now it is time for you to learn how to quit. Here at KTC we quit 24 hours at a time. Make a 24 hour promise and keep your promise. You make your promise by posting your name here...

March 2017 quit group

Bond with these folks and with others here. There is no one here who has had a successful quit by themselves.

I quit with you today. Stranger999 - day 462

Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Post roll and we can quit today together. It's your daily promise to not use nicotine.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Great decision lineman. Go on over to March and Post roll which is your daily promise not to use nicotine. Read up on this site and drink the kool aid. Glad to quit with you today
