Welcome, Matt.

Your story reads similar to mine. I started with RGB (hence my username) and gradually over 19 years shifted to wintergreen long cut snuff. Still kept some Redman handy though. Read my HOF speech and you'll nod your head at the similarities. We addicts are not special flowers.

KTC has been the only thing that kept me quit. With 316 days quit, I realize I am still an addict and can never... NEVER have even one dip or chew. But, for now, just worry about today. Make the promise to me and all the other quitters here that you won't use nicotine today by signing roll. If you're a man of your word, the next 24 hours are handled. Then repeat tomorrow. Don't ever break the trust. That's what makes this place work.

Let me know if I can help you any way.

Hello everyone,

Just found this site last night and so i thought this might just work for helping me quit. Well i have been chewing for about 6-7 yeras now. i started with redman and lancaster because skoal and kodiak made me puke. i was able to used those and with deployments, i started chewing when i drove; driving led to dipping just about everyother time. I do roofing now and i have been dipping all day for years now.

well I now quiting and looking forward to the rest of my life without it.
thanks

-Matt
