Hello everyone,

I quit on 6/19/14 after dipping a can or more per day for 20 years. I think my quit group is September 2014, but I'm not sure how to join my quit group-can someone tell me how to do it?

Thanks in advance for the support.
Hey Mike. Glad your here. I, too, am a Missourian but unlike ben I have not been tainted by Texass.
I see you haven't posted roll yet. Go to the welcome center and read how to post roll. It is our daily promise not to use nic and is the foundation of our quit. It is gonna suck and your secret weapon against that suck is knowledge. This site is a wealth of knowledge so read all you can.
Be sure to post roll.
PM me if you need help.

Hey mike.

Congrats on making the best decision of your life. Choosing life over stuffing that cancer causing poison in your lip!

I am in the September group so I can help guide you along. Go to the Welcome Center and read everything forum/55560/

Go to our thread in the Quit Group section and post roll. Posting roll is your promise to all of the people in your group that you WILL quit tobacco for the day. We don't ask for a lifelong commitment, we just ask you promise us one day. The next morning, wake up and repeat. One day at a time(ODAAT). Posting roll is the foundation of this site and what has kept people quit. Don't take it lightly, when you post roll that is your PROMISE.

Can't wait to see you on roll and if you need anything, send me a PM

Also Mike. Also from Missouri. Also quit.

Check you PM for my contact info. You already know the first few days aren't fun. No pain, no gain. There is a lot of upside.... More than you know. Welcome aboard!
