This isn't the first time I tried quiting but hoping that support will help. Last time I tried I lapsed after two days. Hopefully this will be the one.
As Yoda says "Do or do not. There is no try.”

Do it one day at a time and quit the Nic Bitch. Do not let her control you.

Post roll every day and renew your promise to yourself to quit.
Kick the Nic Bitch even when she is down. Day X +1

Do or do not. There is no try.

Do you find nicotine in your system without putting it there yourself? Nope. You control the intake of the nicotine to your system. You've failed before. The support here can take you past the failure and into success if you let it. By accepting the support here, you hold accountable and you are held accountable in quit. No more. No less.

What's your plan to stay quit? My plan is to post roll, keep my word, and repeat it again tomorrow. I do this by being active with my quit brothers and deciding to stay quit no matter how hard life gets. You can do this too.

Go find your group (March 2016) and join us. Be quit.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

To overcome your addiction you must comprehend what it means to fail-Razd 3/12

Theres a lot of people that come here, especially vets, that WANT to be reminded that they are addicts.-Tarpon 6/12

Just as a building starts with architectural drawings. Your daily quit begins with a promise.-Scowick 2/13

Here and now, focused on today, minute by minute, whatever it takes, I promise to all my bros and myself not to become a negative stat and stay quit!-krok 1/15

I want everyone to be quit. Even the assholes.-Probe1957 1/18

Ignoring history or erasing history fixes nothing and leads you inevitably down the same path.-69franx 04/30/2021

If you really want this for yourself you can and will succeed, but only with the help of the the community here at KTC. I "tried" to quit countless times before. The problem was that I was just "trying". Nicotine is too strong for you to "try" or "hope" against. You have to battle against it every damn day. You have to get people in your corner who care about your quit. The great thing about KTC is that there is an army of people here who know what you have been been through, what you are going through, and what you are about to go through. We care about your quit, and we will keep you accountable if you let us. Learn how to post roll. Posting roll is the most important part of succeeding with your quit. By posting roll, every day make a promise to all of us other quitters that you will not use nicotine of any kind for 24 hours. Worry about today today, then wake up and post roll first thing tomorrow morning. Worry about tomorrow tomorrow. I am on day 37 today, and I would not have made it this far without the support of this community. Every day I feel better than the last day. Take control of your life and kick nicotine's ass!

Welcome.

Don't hope... Quit. Do this by taking one simple action: post your promise to not use nicotine for 24 hours on roll with the March 2016 quit group. Do this first thing every morning. We can all quit for one day. You have in the past.

Then tomorrow morning, post your promise again.

It is that simple.

The hard part is the physical and mental toll nicotine will put on you as you regain your freedom. For that, drink lots of water, exercise, read this site, and talk to your fellow quitters.

"Hope and try" have no place in the quitters vocabulary... Try this.

I'm a lying, thieving addict. I'm tired of this shit stealing my money, time and health. I've failed before but I know with Ktc, failure is not an option. I know this because it's worked for thousands of badasses quitters, so far. I will read as much as physically possible and learn how it works then follow those tenants to a T. If there is anyone willing to help, I'd appreciate it. If anyone needs help, just shout. Fuck Yeah! I feel better already.

See the difference?
