Great decision to quit, even better decision to not go at it alone. Awesome that you found roll.

Thumbles right. Biting your nails is a habit, nicotine is an addiction.

Welcome. It's not a damn habit. It's a bitch of an addiction. Hi, I'm an addict as well.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Two months solo is pretty badass. I see you found the A Team, perhaps a quick intro there would help. As you will be told (by everyone) this site is about you owning your quit, and staying quit One Day At A Time, Every Damn Day through accountability. The accountability is by posting roll (EDD) -- a promise to every quit brother and sister that no nicotine will enter your system that day. Post roll early, right after you wake up, then live the promise for 24 hours. Accountability is your word to your quit brothers, get some phone numbers and connect for mutual support.

I was in a fog when the last new quitter showed up in August, so not sure what to expect, but quit on and PM me for digits.

Hey Guys, went cold turkey 5/6/2015 but finally registered today. Picked up the damn habit at 19 from a college roommate, I'm 34 now. Wasn't ever a can a day guy, more like a decent size pinch a night, sometimes 2 or 3 during a stressful day. The worse part of quitting for me is the anxiety, "did I quit too late", checking my mouth in the mirror 2-3 times a day. Definitely need to schedule an appointment with the Dentist, and hopefully that helps put my mind at ease. I'd like to thank everyone on this site, lot of the stuff I'm reading on here is helpful, gets me through the day. Definitely never putting that poison in my mouth again!
