Nice job of posting your Day 2 today AMC. Welcome to the KTC world of quit. The first few days will really suck ass for you, but they do get better and better. The tools to make this journey can be found within the information in the welcome center and the posts made by your brothers in quit...but you have to do the hard part. Stay focused, drink lots of water and get lots of exercise. All three are proven aids that will help you along the path to freedom. You now have a family of over 16,000 brothers and sisters willing to go the extra mile for you. Thanks for taking that first step.

Glad you are here Alan. Give us an update. Use this intro thread like a quit journal. You can vent on here, write about how your feeling, ask for advice, whatever. You will look back on it someday and see how far you have come.

I quit with you today. Never would have thought it possible, but here I am 250 days clean. The tools to quit are on this site, you bring the balls.

Bro you have come to the right place. If you truly want to quit, you will drink the kool aid here. This method works. Post roll each day and be a man of your word. Read about how and why we post roll. Welcome to freedom bro. I will roll with you one day at a time.

Welcome to KTC.

Start off by reading the 7 items over in the Welcome Center. Pay close attention to WHY and HOW to post roll as that is the backbone of what we do here.

Each day you add your name and promise to be nicotine free to the Roll Call (Your group is here -- Pre-HOF December 2013). You make your promise each day, first thing in the morning, rain or shine. You keep your word all day, even when you don't want to. You come back tomorrow and do it again except tomorrow you add a +1 to your numbers of days quit.

Sounds simple and it is, but it works.

Holler if you need help figuring this out.
