So the fog wore off for me after day 3, but today on Day 7 I feel that I've gone back to Day 2. Foggy as shit right now - and so irritable. Also, I haven't had any dip dreams yet, however, I do wake up several times in the night and just feel depressed..I can't single out any reason, just depressed.

I didn't experience any of this the first time I stopped using tobacco - can anyone else relate? If so, what did you do?

I've been a can and 1/2 (or more) a day guy for the better part of 9 years. In that time there were few moments when I didn't have it in my mouth - and when I didn't, of course I was plotting for the next. In Dec 2013, I quit on my own (at least I thought) - and made it 4 months dip-free. I then got cocky, and actually believed that "one dip won't hurt," but of course it did, and only a week later I was back to my old self.

I thought I was strong enough to beat this on my own, but after relapsing I've learned that I'm not. After browsing online I found this site and have decided to join the community.

Today I started Day 1 on my final quit.
Hey Seven...you will be in the September group as a member. I'm currently awaiting membership because like you I thought "one dip won't hurt". Like you, I was 90 days in and I had that stupid thought as well and I thought I had it under control. You and I are both proof that is a load of crap and the sooner you understand you are an addict forever, the better you will be.

Also, you have stopped before so you know it won't be easy but posting roll is giving your word to your brothers and sisters.

I congratulate you on your wise decision. I will PM you my contact info...call/text if you need it.

I quit with you today.
lets get that roll posted in September and saddle up

ain't gonna lie....it's tough.....

most things worth doing are......

you can do this....more importantly.....if you post roll, get involved, be accountable and have integrity....

you WILL do this......
Good call joining us. Stick to the plan if you want to succeed.
