When you promise every day and early, stating that you won't use for the next 24 hours, its that easy!!! Don't look at it as quitting long term cause that will make it seem impossible. Promise for the next 24 hours, wake up and do it again!! This site was made for the fact that we all walk in each other's shoes but we do it in our own way. So remember, that we know what you are going through, so we are here to support you!! Use us, abuse us, whatever you need to do!!! We quit with you every day, as you quit with us, share your digits and make sure that you talk through what you are feeling! Keeping it bottled up will only make it worse, I promise you that!! My number is only pm away..

It is very simple! We quit for today! We wake up! Do it again tomorrow!! One day at a time!
We walk in each others quit shoes, it may be a little different but ultimately the same exact thing

What Mike said. You "stopped" a dozen times before (as did I). Here, we quit. Use your quit group and post roll every day, mean it, and follow through. Help someone else out along the way. This place is mad science but it works.

14 day is awesome Quitting is for ever before you stopped . Quitting alone is hard I tried it myself , it is a lot easier with support from a group of people going through the same thing you are . This is your Quit group August they are the people that will hit 100 days quit with you HOF or hall of fame. Go there and post your promise to not use nicotine today that means no sigs. chew nicotine replacement therapy basically no nicotine in any shape or form. Post your promise early and every day . Drink a lot of water to flush the poison out of your system, and read all that you can on the site it will help you stay quit. If you want it bad enough, nobody can quit for you or make you quit. It is up to you to decide if you really want it and if you are ready to fight for it every day.

Have quit many, many times over the years (10+) and this one is real. About to start a family and can't be on again off again lying to my wife and putting us at risk.

So far...not too bad but Smokey Mountain is most certainly a crutch
