Bro, are you even ready to quit? Why haven't you responded to my PMs? Did you cave already?

You're an addict, not a habit. Come to terms that you have a problem then come back to me.

I QUIT with you.

Looking forward to quitting with you each and every day. It is scary to quit, but I've found that fear is worse than the pain....don't get me wrong, the pain is there, but my anticipation made it worse. Get some fake dip, seeds, gum, candy and let's get our quit on!!

I unlike you hope that quitting is even more miserable than you can imagine! Why, you ask? Well for me quitting was rough, I broke down and cried several times. Ultimately I quit one minute of a time. I will never forget the pain and certainly never want to repeat the whole experience. That is one of the reasons I posted day 682 today.

Hey Y'all.

I'm 22 years old, and I've been dipping for 6 years. It's time to finish this. Been a bad habit and caused me turmoil and problems over the years.

I'm ready for a nicotine free life and everything it has to offer. I'm hoping the cravings won't be as bad as I think they're going to be... But I'm ready to fight.

Would appreciate any advice/support you guys can offer.

Alright, Let's get something real clear. THIS IS NOT A HABIT. You are an addict, like all the rest of us. You always will be an addict. You need to be able to reconcile yourself to this fact. Then read all this site has to offer. Learn how to post roll and do it every damn day. That is your price for admission here. Learn the KTC way and you will be free of nicotine. It is very easy as a 22 year old to think you are invincible and give up. Please don't. All of us older guys and gals wish we would have been smart enough to quit at your age. You can do this, it aint easy, but it is possible here at KTC.
