Nice work Hsa! At 72 hrs the nicotine has left your system. That is a great step and you've shown you have the strength to do this. Nicotine's tentacles are still there, but with KTC you can fight and win, one day at a time. It gets so much better! Quit with you!
Don't be afraid.  You are not alone.

I am 37 years old had been dipping and or smoking to some extent since I was 14 or so. The past 10 years its been mostly dipping, skoal mint or Copenhagen straight. For around the past year I have been using Camel Snus and Copenhagen. Read your article yesterday about the dude that had a piece of his leg sewed into his mouth and that did it for me. I spit the shit out and threw all my cans away. Approaching the 24 hour mark here, I felt really sweaty and irritable yesterday afternoon but made it through and feel pretty good right now. Havent been 24 hrs without Nicotine in along time. Looking forward to this
Welcome Hsatubs! Glad you've made the decision to quit. It's not going to be easy, but there are thousands of people on this site who can attest that it can be done.

The KTC system is pretty simple. You find your "Quit Group" and "Post Roll." Roll is your daily promise not to use any nicotine product. Everyone in your group will have quit within a few weeks of you and you will cross the 100 day mark (considered the Hall of Fame) in the same month. You'll all be at a similar stage of your quit and will be able to support each other through the challenges ahead.

Your group will be October 2017. Go find that group and post roll. It's a little bit of a clunky system, but make an effort and you'll figure it out. Post your name and days quit. If you quit yesterday, you're on Day 2. That roll post is a promise not to use today. You'll keep that promise and make the same promise as soon as reasonably possible tomorrow (WUPP Wake Up Piss Post).

There are no excuses for missing roll or for breaking that promise. This site is for Quitters, not Tryers. Make sure you are ready to give this your all, because believe me, there are no shortcuts. Make your promise, keep it. Use the tools on this site and reach out for help when you need it. Connect with other folks on this site and dig in. Make failing unacceptable.

This site is loaded with information, support, motivation and accountability. But no one else can do it for you, make use of these tools and you'll be just fine.

Let me know if I can help.
