Hey I'm TomSawyer. My mind is not for rent to dip anymore. 67 days QLF. I figured I was spending as much money as it cost to pay for a house or couple new vehicles by the time I"m 70. Hell with that shit. Insomnia has been my biggest issue here lately. Don't know why other than a mental thing. I'm sure it will get better. At least I'm quit and not having to worry about how my teeth look anymore. Not afraid to smile again. The hardest times are when I work in the garage or on a piece of equipment because dip was a part of that activity. Takes me couple minutes to work through that but so far I've been able to forget about dipping during these activity's after a few minutes. Anybody else dealing with or have overcome these issues ?
