Went to a friends house yesterday to hang and sitting on his coffee table is a can of dip, and he doesn't even do that shit, he prefers the cigarettes. He said he just bought it for work and I just stared at it. It was all I could think about. Especially relaxing on a couch watching TV with a can in sight.
I got up and threw that shit in his bedroom. Told him about this site and about roll and how I was a few days in already. That was the biggest test so far for me. I just think, why start the count over? Screw that. Plus I see the people getting torn new ones for caving after days, months, years on here. I don't want to deal with that bullshit. Proud to say I kicked Day 4's ass. Day 5 is here and it will be a nic free day.
Well done, my brother. Takes a man with balls to do some shit like that. Keep up the great work.

Well day 4 is coming to a halt and if this was a week ago, I'd prolly go through an entire tin after today. This lovely Midwest weather blows for one! It's seriously 17 below zero right now. Left for work to find my tire almost flat. Creeped to the gas station to air it up, but nooo the air hose is frozen. I simply changed to my spare right there, and then went inside the station to warm up. Grabbed a coffee, said fuck you to the tins of griz green staring at me as I payed and took the slow lane to work. Was 40 minutes late. Got bitched at but it was a good test for me overall. In the shittiest situations where I would find myself leaning on that tin for support, I was able to beat it while being 4 days in. Hell yeah! Feeling proud

Just use this one. Everyone gets one intro to use as a journal to use during their quit. I saved a shortcut to mine on my browser to avoid having to search back to find my original post each time.
Alright thanks! And I think I just set myself up for the April quit group. Thats where I'll be posting roll then correct? Trying to figure this out so I stay on top of this
Looks like you got it figured out! Roll looks good and this is your into, well on its way. Hope I didn't come off to harsh earlier. I just want you to have every possible tool to succeed in this very difficult undertaking. The fog, pain, anger, rage, etc are all so very real come here to vent or do what you need to do.
Little harsh but appreciated. This no nic policy is great. Thanks for the input man

You better grab your balls and go at this full speed. Like WT said a half ass effort won't cut it. You get bored one day, don't go to the can thinking it will taste "soooooo good". Apple fucking pie tastes better. Stick that in your cake hole next time you're bored.

I'm here to support you. Anything you need, hit me up with a pm or flip me your digits. Everyone on this site will support you but ultimately you will have to do the heavy lifting. We will just spot you.

You got this shit. Jump in head first, go at it like your fucking Dick is on fire. Dont half ass this .
