There are quitters here (me included), that would give their left nut or ovary to be quit at 18. Do the smart thing here.

Considering its been a full day since you posted your intro, and you haven't posted roll, I realize there's a good chance that any advice I give will go unread. Regardless here's how this site works. Every morning you get up and post roll, directions on how to do it are found by clicking "Comminity" just below the blue bar up above, then "Welcome Center", then "How to post roll". You will be in the Jan 2015 group. There are very few young guys like you who come to this site and succeed. I'm sure there are many reasons but more often than not they don't fully appreciate how addicted they are. They assume if they cave today, they'll just start quitting again tomorrow. Believe me when I tell you that doesn't happen. We've had a couple of guys break the trend, but they took there addiction seriously, and they got invo

...being quit means not using any form of nicotine....no smokes, no dip, no cigars, no gum, no e-cigs, no patches etc.

Quitting sucks and it's hard. BUT - you can do it. All you need to do is post roll, keep you word and keep that shit out of your mouth.

Pull up your big boy pants. I'm gonna get my Quit Skirt on.

One more quitter

Hey guys my name is james and i decided yesterday to quit using dip. I did okay but instead of dipping i told myself smoking cigs is not cheating. So i bought a pack. Then i got so pissed at myself i threw them out my car window after smoking only 1. So i guess i kind of am starting over right now. Im 20 years old and have been dipping for six years, grizzly wtg, half can a day. I dont know what else to say really. Ive been trying to type this post for 10 minutes.
