Posting roll will save your life. I try my best to post roll first thing daily.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Welcome, great to see you make this decision while young.

Drink lots of water, exercise, and read this site.

Definitely join the April 12 group of quitters, post roll with them, get to know them. They are going through early days of quit same as you.
I think he means the 4/16 group like danjango links above. These are the folks you'll hit the hall of fame with (hof) and beyond. The April 12 group is the glass house... buncha quit Titans in their own rite and more than happy to have you post with them, I'm sure. Tread lightly if you're offended by fornicating fruit, though.

Welcome, brother and congratulations on taking back your life. Here we quit with a combination of brotherhood and accountability. Get to know your fellow quitters and post your promise to not use nicotine every single day. Head on over to the April 16 group and get started. April 16 Group
