Welcome, Chris. Your name will look good on the April promise roll. You've gotten some good advice so far. Use it, and you'll be okay even when you think you won't. Drink plenty of water, read all you can on the site, and make connections in your group. Trade digits with other quitters through private messaging only (no numbers in open forums!). The best way to stay quit is to stay connected. It's part of the KTC Equation for Quitting: Brotherhood + Accountability = Success.
We do things ODAAT (One Day At A Time), so don't sweat tomorrow. Focus on right now. You've got this!

Welcome @Chrisafaust12. The first think you should do is head over to the April 2021 group and post roll (link has instructions as well). Posting roll is your promise to yourself and to this community that you will not ingest nicotine in any form for 24 hours at a time.

If you can make a daily promise and keep your word, this place will work for you. Dive in 100% and enjoy the freedom that comes from being QUIT today.

Get on roll today and start exploring the site. Come back in the morning and do it again. But for now, focus on today since it's all we can control.
