Welcome. Head over here and post roll: topic/11203031/237/#new

By doing so you are promising yourself and all of the 24,000 quitters on this site that you are quit for today and today only. Don't worry about tomorrow until it gets here, we'll deal with it when it does. Also, get your big boy pants on, because this is going to be a bumpy road. It's not easy, but it's simple: Post roll, keep your promise. That's it. No fancy manuals, no medication, nothing but grab-yourself-by-the-balls, dig-f'ing-deep, carnal quit.

Get started right this minute, you never know if the next one sets off the chain reaction towards the big C.

I'm quit with you today bud.

Can a day habit dipper here for the past 7 years, I haven't had a stark wake-up call to stop, but rather a slow build up where I'm disgusted with my habit. I know it will be hard, but I know that I am going to quit this time. I'm 24 and in a profession where I need to stop being a hypocrite and look in the mirror and realize I'm doing something shitty for myself, my family and others. I look forward to quitting with y'all.
