Kicker,

Take the bait as my brothers before me have suggested. Invest yourself in this fully, for you can only quit for yourself. You will come across hard times but the rewards in the long haul will greatly outweigh the difficulties that you have.

Should you run into trouble, you can feel free to PM myself or any of the brothers here, and we will gladly do what we can to help, give you our advice and such.

If you are ever in a bind, you can ask for numbers, or near the top right of the page there is the Live Chat link, click that and register again (the login info is separate from the forum) and there's usually brothers in there to vent to.

Read the welcome center stuff, read a sampling from other threads. If you do, you should come to the conclusion that tomorrow is the worst day to quit. Quit today. Quit now.

How to see you in the may group.

HERE is the May group, they are all of the people that will hit 100 days in the Month of May.

If you go to the Welcome Center you will see how to post roll call.

What roll call is is a promise to everyone in your group that you will not use nicotine containing products for the day. One day at a time.

When you say you are two weeks in you mean you are completely nicotine free, no nicorete gum, no patches etc correct?

Welcome and good luck with your quit, if you are nicotine free head over to May and post your promise.

You have made an important stpe by keeping the garbage out of your face. This is a place that can help if you are serious about quitting. Click the welcome center link and read about our process. Post roll in the May group tonight and repeat every morning for at least 100 days. This is how it works.
may be a stupid question but what do you mean by post roll in the may group tonight ?
Kicker. When we say post roll, we are talking about the backbone of what we do here and why this place works. It all revolves around accountability. We put our name on a list, signing that list is a promise we make to our quit brothers, ourselves and everyone else here that we will not use nicotine today. Just today. We will worry about tomorrow when it becomes today. Click on the Welcome Center in the upper left of the screen and read up on how and why we post. Post your promise. Keep your word. Repeat. You can't fail. It's that simple.

Reach out if you need anything.
