Another tomorrow quitter just couldn't take off his ruffled panties and own his path. Poor little fella. I can almost hear the suckling at the teat of the nic bitch.
Ha, well hate to say this but souliman is right, either do or donot. I was a quit day turd, and if I could rewind the clock I woulda quit the day I first posted. You want a makeover, it takes one step. The first step, you can do it. Only you can do it. We can help, but you gotta move brother.
Nevada you got balls of steel now bro. Just needed to slam those things into the nic bitch's forehead a few times to realize it.

This little one don't seem to have the gusto.

Dood says he's totally committed to quit the next morning, and that was a week ago. Never came back. Walked right up to the edge of the water and ran away like a pussy.

Geez, this thread perfectly sums up how flawed that whole, "I'm all set to quit tomorrow" concept really is.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Dave Sawicki and I live in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Lizard Dragger is a term for my favorite Bass fishing technique, Carolina Rigging. I have everything in place to make tomorrow a success forever this time. I am 44 and started dipping Skoal when I was 14. At age 27 I quit for 7 years and have been using nearly 2 cans a day for the last 10 years.

I have been divorced now for 3 weeks and want to do a total life makeover, I have 4 kids that Love and need me. I know I can quit but it gets harder and harder the older I get and the number of times I have failed. I will be checking in first thing tomorrow morning and look forward to your support, this place seems like an amazing family!

Dave,

I'm gonna be straight with you. Tomorrow or next week is always the day. I dipped for 6 years, nothing compared to you or most of the others on this site, but for those 6 years, I never bought log rolls, and I was always gonna quit "soon." Shit, there were times I was gonna quit after that can. But that just meant i stretched that can for as long as i could and then 6 hours after I finished it I was at the gas station.

And I'm gonna be straight with you again, there's not a single good fucking thing that's gonna come out of the half can you'll dip between now and whenever-the-fuck you think you're gonna quit. You're not gonna "savor" and "relish" those dips tonight. And in a week, they'll just be what added to the pain that you're going through. Honestly, good sir, dump that shit and quit right now.

Just my thoughts...

Truer words have never been spoken. Well, except they're spoken here frequently.

Mr. Lizard Dragger, heed sccrocket's words well. He may not think that he's got the quit chops, yet; or the time with the can chops; but he is so correct in what he says. If you need time with the can...I'm one with 20 years of slavery. You've done this long enough to know that you've said "tomorrow" before. We have all said it. Start now. Go post roll with June. Start this quit, now. Not tomorrow. And read intros, hall of fame speeches, words of wisdom to see that you are not alone. You are not "special." You are not here by accident.

Now, get to being quit.
