What's up Justin? Are you quit or not?

If you are arguing a position you don't necessarily agree with but are playing devil's advocate, please spell that out for me. I'm not very bright and like to understand when people are sincere or not.

Happy new year justin! Welcome to a kick ass team of quitters here at ktc. You are at the right place at the right time. Today you are taking back freedom one day at a time for yourself. I suggest that you post an update in this intro about how you are doing - struggles and successes. It will really help you to look back at this time in your life. Quit hard with you today.

Congrats on a great decision, Justin. You're daughter and wife are not good enough reasons to quit. You can NOT do it for anybody but you. You started dipping. You have to quit dipping. Until you do it for you, your chances of success are pretty low.

Also, dipping is not a habit. It's an addiction. That's hard for some people to admit. But, it's the cold hard fact.

The good news is that KTC will get you there if you use it and embrace the tools available. The program is pretty simple: Post roll everyday promising your quit group and the rest of the members you won't dip. Then don't dip.

You'll be in the April '15 quit group. Read the info at the Welcome Center, go post roll, and get started with the rest of your life.

You are in for a heck of a fight over the near future. Read everything you can here, and get ready to take it one hour at a time. The phrase "embrace the suck" seemed to resonate with me.

My signature should have links with videos on how to post roll.

Hi Justin, I saw you trying to post in March '15. Since this is your day 1, you will post roll in April '15 group. Whenever you can, head over there and post roll. I will, or someone will help you out if you don't get it right the first time. Soxfnn

Here in THIS house, we Kill the Can. If it's not a top priority, go to one of the bitch sites where they "hurt the can" or "call the can names." - Pre

This is so much more that just throwing your name on a list, it is placing your word or promise that you will not use nicotine and it should be done everyday. - MCarmo44

I need this place, because i am an addict. I cannot forget that...if i do i will forget how to quit. - Schaef418

Quote from: Justin
My name is justin. I have dipped about a can and a half of Copenhagen origonal religiously for about 7 years. My decision to quit today(12/30/14)came about because I am just sick and tired of having this feeling of fear that the cancer monster is going to catch me. I also am quiting because now I have a 16 month old little girl, that I would love to see grow up. I want to grow old and happy with my beautiful wife of 5 years, and not have to worry about what my foolish habit will cost me. I have just now started to realize that there is a hole lot more to life than a little round can. I know I'm inspired now, and I know it's my first day and the next few are going to suck. But I am ready to be free from this addiction. So here I am justin S. Day 1 happy to have found this sight!!!!
Welcome Justin, come join us and post role. If today is your first day off of dip you will be in my group - the April 2015 quitters. I am new here but I'm getting my sea legs. I can tell you that there are a lot of genuine, caring and PASSIONATE guys/gals that will do whatever they can to help you. They have already helped me, more than they can possibly know.

Again, welcome and congrats on your decision to quit- if you need anything drop me a PM. If I don't know the answer, I'll find out where to direct your query.

Matt
