Peppers, Green red, yellow and orange. Slice them thin and munch on them through the day.

May sound gross but i chew them up, pack it in the lip and thats as good as I need.

in 19 days ive probably put away 57 peppers.
DOESN'T SHE BOUNCE SO NICE!

Failure is a choice! I made it! I wont again!
None means none! I Failed there, I wont again!
One and your done! Posting day 1 again inst an option!

Welcome No More! To get the most out of this site, you need to get in a Quit group and start Posting Roll. Roll is a daily promise to not use any nicotine product for one day. Using the Intro page is a great way to learn and log your progress, but the key component to success here is Accountability. You make a promise first thing every morning and then you keep it. You are accountable to your word and your fellow quitters.

YouÂ’ve been an addict for 30 years. Let that sink in. IÂ’m not trying to be melodramatic, but itÂ’s a reality that youÂ’re going to need more than toothpicks to make a successful break. YouÂ’re not alone in this and thereÂ’s a great group of quitters that can help pull you through. Check out the May 2018 Quit Group and introduce yourself there (May because thatÂ’s when youÂ’ll hit 100 Days, considered Hall of Fame. DonÂ’t worry, youÂ’ll figure out how things work).

Trust me man, this system works. Post your promise, keep your word, repeat. Do that enough times and you will win. I posted 641 today and you can get there too, one day at a time.

Wife and I use essential oils for all kinds of stuff. Using black pepper oil on a toothpick every once in a while. Seems to help. I have been eating all day, but cant continue to eat like this every day.
toothicks are a great help, I used mint and cinnamon ones.

make healthy choices when eating. and know, the weight can come off later. I gained 30 when I quit, since then lost that 30 and another 40 to boot.

worry about distancing yourself from nicotine first (day by day), the rest will follow
Everyone gains weight when you quit. But its worth it you can always lose weight. I packed on about 8 pounds the first week until I realized just because I needed something for the mouth obsession doesn't mean it has to be junk food or unhealthy snacks. Once I switched to pomegranates and seeds and coffee grinds I stopped gaining and now I've lost 2 lbs since sunday. Stay hydrated. I Piss about every 30 minutes. Can't eat if you're drinking, or too full from the water, or got your hand on your dick so its atleast an extra couple bites you can't get in.

It gets better man. Are you trying any non nic replacements just to kind of take the edge off the urges yet? This quit I've switched to grinds and pomegranates. Grinds is a pouch so it doesn't do the exact mouth feel but at least its something and it gives you a burst of caffeine.

Hit me up if you are going crazy and need someone to vent at.

My first day
« on: January 31, 2018, 01:01:00 PM »
My name is Chris, and I have been chewing Kodiak since I was 19 years old. I turn 50 this summer, and I am done. Currently I was at about a can a day habit. I am at 13 hours nicotine free and I'm not sure my co-workers are safe, lol. I am distracted, edgy and overall not so great.
