Dash-I posted Roll Call today and saw you did same. Done drank my coffee and am currently in the midst of some major Quitting! Day 3 for me and it's already better than yesterday. Yesterday sucked. Didn't sleep well at all last night but for some reason it's not bothering me so much today. I'll take what I can get. I posted Roll Call today and Today I am Quit. Peace

I am posting roll daily. I won't let you all down, or myself. I don't need no damn dip no more!

Sat around drinking a bottle of wine with my wife last night. The alcohol made me miss my can, but not running off to the john for an hour because "I had to go" was nice. I wonder how many other great "conversations" (wink wink) I missed out on because I just had to go spit cancer? Stupid. Never again.

And we thank Mrs. MikeA! DashCapt-I'm still getting through my day one quit. I just drove back from my girlfriend's (dinner) and I drove right by all the stores that sell Kodiak. I didn't risk stopping to get anything. I'm protecting my Quit. Glad you were able to do that. It must be a great relief to know that you can buy gas without buying a can. TMP

hang in there. Day three is like hump day for getting the nic out of your system. Most likely tomorrow will be better by leaps and bounds. But of course your not out of the water as you now face the few weeks of rewiring your brain.
