Read everything on KTC and then read it again. I was on KTC as much as possible early in my quit. No matter how bad I felt or how strong a crave I might be having, there was no way I was going to cave if I was reading or posting on KTC! Use it as a lifeline. Live chat is a great place to go if you are feeling weak.

Great job finding your quit-group! Now put yourself in the new quitter section and you will have it perfected. You can be quit.

Welcome Robinson! I'm quit with you, brother. One thing that helped me through the first few days was to read as much as possible in the Words of Wisdom section. Many of the stories are not pleasant to read, but they may save your life! It definitely added fuel to the fire of my quit!!

You got this, brother!!
You can do this if you really want to.
It's Your decision ODAAT.
Balls to the wall, fuck it all, time to "be quit", fuck the nic bitch!

Congrats on your quit --- but are you 100 percent full into it or just whatever. I am not convinced you are serious but wish you the best.

Post roll each day - it works.
^^^don't be that guy^^^

Robinson, congrats on your quit. Even though I say don't be that guy (quitforsoj failed and came back), do heed his advice. His words are correct. Be 100% into your quit and post roll every day. It does work! Just don't follow his past actions. Failure is not an option for you. Be a man of honor.

Welcome aboard brother.
However, do be this guy ^^^! It's a simple concept here ... Wake up, piss, post roll ... HONOR roll (your promise to yourself and all your brothers at KTC that you will not use). Make it through the day knowing you are a man of your word ... then wake up and repeat. You'll be surprised what'll come out of it! Reach out to your group, get some digits, weave some accountability. PM me and you'll have mine ... but I'll require you to post roll EARLY every damn day! Welcome brother!!
My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are.

Your quit group is November 2014 found here: topic/10423364/250/#new

Success is not an accident. Plan to succeed. Post roll, honor your promise, repeat. That is the cornerstone on which you build your quit. The brotherhood and accountability that you build with your quit group are the bricks and mortar. As long as you are a man of your word, we can help you build your house of quit that will prevail against any storm.
This guy^^^ knows quit! Listen to him. Read the welcome center and the read everything else on KTC, and the read it again! You want your freedom from this super addictive poison? Then fight for it! Educate yourself right here at KTC, it's free for the taking, but do you want it? You are looking at the fight of your life for your life, but it is so worth it. Learn the KTC plan, and then live the plan. The plan works! You can do this. PM me if you need anything.

Killed the Can
« on: August 16, 2014, 09:50:00 PM »
Had my last dip 8/15/14 about 3pm. Been cutting back for the last few weeks. Chewed cope snuff for 15 or so year. Have quit before for about 2 months then started back up. Plan not to drink any Alcohol for the first few months. That is what got me the last time. Have some Hooch coming on monday in the mail. All we have local is back off and smokey mountain and that stuff sucks.
