Breath, Matt. You can do this. Everyone here knows what you're up against. We've been through it and came out on the other side better for it. You can too.

Matt, nicotine is a strong addiction. It does nothing for you except make you want more. But is does demand a high price on your health.

2 days quit is bad ass! It takes roughly 3 days to flush the nicotine from your system, then your quit becomes more mental. For now drink lots of water, exercise, and read this site (Words of Wisdom, etc). Right now every hour quit is a victory over nicotine. It will get better.

Southgafarmer invited you to join he and a large group of quitters in the April 2016 quit group. They will reach 100 days quit in April along with you. Build a support network to help your quit.

Well come on and join us over in April 2016 Pre-HOF group.

This place is very simple. We post every day a promise to not use any tobacco or nicotine. Then, we do it again the next day. The Welcome section describes the process even more.

I quit with you today brother. Need anything? Just ask anybody (including me!).
"The key is that daily promise. Once it is made, there isn't a trigger big enough to cause me to cave. Provided you are all men of your word, you too will find freedom from this vile shit."-Rkymtnman

"Quitting isn't about what you have accomplished. It's what you are doing right now."-wastepanel HOL
