SCR - glad you decided to quit. Why besides this place will it be different? Can you tell us a bit about you and how you plan to stay quit?

As for this site, it's great if you are a man of your word. Can you get on every morning (first thing or close to it) and post. Post - I will not use dip today. Then just keep your word. Next day, do it again.

We don't watch you, but we will help you when you needed it. You have to keep your word, you have to reach out, you have to post. When you need support get in the chat room, ping someone who's number you have, post up a message. You will get more support than you know what to do with!

Welcome to the quit - your last quit.

Also look in the welcome center, learn how to post, you'd be in Jan. Get a copy of the contract, read it, carry it. You ever decide to cave, read and sign it first.

You will do great. PM or email if you need another number
Quit Date: 6/14/10 Hof Date: 9/21/10

Hello, everyone.

I joined this site back in April with the intention of stopping the quit-cave-quit-cave-quit-cave madness that's been happening with me for about 2 years...but I caved again shortly after joining. Now, 6 months later, I've finally had enough of it all...I collected every last spitter and empty dip can laying around the house last night and watched it roll away in the trash truck this morning. Quitting isn't my problem - I always get bullheaded enough to stop for a day or two...it's getting past a few days and staying quit that I've never been able to do since I started. Committing myself to a group of hard-headed quitters who are going through the same shit is the only thing I haven't tried...and from what I'm reading, it's the best way to do it. I'm looking forward to the quit this time, because I know that you all are watching and will hold me accountable. Thanks for the support, and I'll see you all around!

SCR I hope you stick with that decision this time, we don't try around here. Check the right hand corner of the screen Inbox (1) with my number should you need it. It aint easy but this is the best decision you can make.

If quitting is cool, consider me Myles Davis.

Unless you bring value onto my 1/2 acre, I don't want to hear it.
