Turned 30 last year and realized how the gum nugget was controlling everthing I did.  From the beginning to the end of the day, I didn't feel relaxed unless I had a pinch.  I am just tired of it, the costs, the pain, the excuses and lies.
I actually started my quit on March 1 and so far remaining focused, just tired.
This site will help keep you focused on your quit. Go post your day 3 in the June 2011 HOF Quit group. Proud to be quit with you.
Good decision. We'll look for you in roll call every day, flep.

If you spot someone you can relate to, whom you think you can trust to keep you in line, send a PM. We want to do what we can to help you, because that keeps us quit, too. Respect. See you soon.

It's time to quit. You know it. I know it. You have found the best place to quit and stay that way. Join us. Sign roll call every day giving your Word of Honor that you will not use nicotine in any way, shape or form. Keep your word. That's all we ask. One day at a time.

Shuffle up and Deal.
