Hang in there Merc. I thought the same thing. I'm only at 4 days but things are starting to go easier. Still think about it once in a while, but man you won't miss it. Plenty of people here for you.

Hell, sometimes it's minute to minute.
I came here to kick ass and chew bubble gum. And I'm all out of bubble gum.

Welcome aboard Merc. You made a great choice  you came to the right place. We'll get it done, one day at a time.

Hello all,

This is technically day one for me. I've been off  on for a few days - trying to get quit and having false starts (who hasn't had those). 27 years of chewing does make a hard habit to break. But I am fed up with being tied to the can and fed up with worrying and fed up with trying to quit and always finding a reason to go back. I look forward to meeting you all and the support this group provides.
Welcome!
