Just as batdad said - post roll early every day. Posting roll should take the place of putting your first dip of the morning in.

I'd also recommend staying away from the places where you used to buy your tins, and using pay at the pump at gas stations.

I also used an app early in my quit. Is it DipQuit? I found it useful for keeping track of my days. Also the health information was interesting.

Hello all,

I am happy to be a new member in this group. I have tried quitting numerous times before, but I never found a group like this. It seems to have everything needed to ensure a clean quit.

I am just reading over the site for the first time, trying to understand roll call and how other things like that work.
I have been quit for 15 hours and my official quit date is Nov 13 2017 6:45pm. I plan to use this community to the fullest, and other communities as well. I am also on an App that I found that serves a similar purpose to this group, but this group seems much better.

Would like to make acquaintances, so feel free to respond or DM me.
