I'm chillin in school right now and I just have a horrible headache. I tried taking Advil but my god does that do nothing. Anyone know how long these headaches will last or what will help? Also my buddy suggested Grinds, I guess they're coffee pouches. Anyone try these or are they just a gateway I go back I dip?
The rule here is that if it is Nic Free it is OK. I am chomping the hell out of Trident myself (my lips are swollen on the inside I have bit them so many times). Drink a boat load of water; it helps with the headaches. Rock it....first three days are the worst in my opinion.

I have been dipping for about 2 years now and I'm only 17. All my buddies do it and that's what we do on the weekends. We walk up to the park or chill in someone's basement with our spitters and chew the night away. I tried quitting multiple times but being around them is too much. I decided that I am stronger than that. I can quit all on my own. So today is the 4th day and the headaches are killing me, but I would rather have headaches than cancer am I right?
Yes Ken you are right . Remember to quit for yourself and no one else. I am glad you are quitting because.. cancer aside. you have no idea what lies ahead of you. Even if you miss the cancer bullet you were not in for a pleasant life. This coming from someone that dipped for of over thirty years. Remember ODAAT= One Day at a time and NAAFAR= Never Again For Any Reason. If you need help come to the site. We will be there...EM
Oh to have been as smart as you at 17....trust me you do not want to be doing this at 48 like me. Use this site and your brothers/sisters of Quit. Stick to your plan and do this for yourself....Nic is a rediculous thing to have in your life.

Identify your triggers and avoid them. Brace yourself, this will suck.
