I remember my first tin, it was when I was 16 in high school. I remember puking and telling myself I will NEVER dip again. Well, 9 years later I've decided to quit. I realized I was being a hypocrite to all the people I have told to live a healthy life. I've ran 3 marathons in the last 2 years and after every training run, race etc I would reach for the tin. I'm currently on day 2 and I'm feeling pretty good a bit foggy but bearable.

Keep fighting the good fight everyone
God bless
Post roll in Nov'12. That's your promise and there's a lot of strength in that if your word is important to you.

Stay quit. You can do this.
Take the advice Leahy gave you. Post roll.

My advice. Post roll and take it 1 day at a time. Begin with the end in mind...post roll.

We have something in common. Nicotine drug addiction and marathons. Read my HOF speach at the bottom. Click on the link.

Post roll and give me a PM. I am more than happy to discuss running and guide you through the thrills of nicotine freedom.

Project8 - Bad name, but great choice! HAHA

Seriously, this is the best choice of your life. Go to the Welcome Center and start reading. If you have any problems posting roll (like I did), just post right here that you need help and someone will be in touch.

Stay strong and stay quit, brother!

Congratulation you have made a wise but difficult choice. We are all in the same
Boat. Go to the welcome center read about posting roll then go and post your day 2 in November. Start gathering a support group and getting #'s to reach out to in a time of need! You will be amazed at what this group has to offer. Check your inbox I'll leave my introduction and offer to trade #'s
