Caver # 3 of the day in January. Member Jul 12 made it to ~115 days posting then left and stayed quit until the year mark where he caved.

Chippers answers from post in Jan 15:
1. I caved after almost 2 years clean
2. I was drunk and said Fuck it and I stopped posting roll after about 365 days.
3. Gonna keep posting the Fucking Roll
I love a quitter
I hate cavers
ODAAT and NAFAR

What? Nicotine is shit. I don't eat shit. Do you?
Im alittle confused, are you chipper3000 in july2012? If so you really have a lot of explaining. All the time tables don't jive.
WT - Chipper was in July 12. His last post was a day 38 in April, the same day a different chipper3000 posted day 21. Different guys but the same month so yes, he needs to explain himself to you.
Chipper was also in May 13. Two time retread.

His multiple caves are chronicled in May Â’14. Talk to Chipper quick if you want to, he doesnÂ’t seem to be able to stick around very long.
LetÂ’s see if the 4th (?) time is a charm.
Yes, quitters are awesome! Can't we all just be quitters?

Look at the top of the page for the pink colored "Welcome Center" link. Click on it and start reading.

Item #3 is "How to Post Roll" If you need help, just ask in this thread. One of the moderators will get you going.

Posting roll is critical. It is your daily promise to stay away from nicotine for today. Quitting forever is hard...but nobody is asking you to do that. You just give your word that no matter what happens today, you won't have anything to do with nicotine. Anybody can go one day, right? Then wake up and repeat. Do it first thing in the morning.

I thought it was corny at first. I didn't think it could help anything. But I was desperate to quit so I thought i'd give it a try. That was over 500 days ago...

I failed many times before over 20 years of dipping. But this time it has stuck. And the ONLY thing I did differently is post roll and use this site. Freedom through mutual accountability is earned one day at a time. Don't think about tomorrow, next week, next month...we'll deal with them when they get here. Just focus on right now...this 5 minutes. If you commit to living nic free, you will.

7 days is a great start. But that is all it is...a start. Yes, the early days suck. But embrace it. Learn to enjoy the suck...it is the feeling of recovery. A new beginning to your nic free life.

Stay strong and stay quit. Never let your guard down. Read everything you can on this site. PM me if you need anything.

Hey today is my 7th day clean after 10 years 2 cans of cope a day. just found this website and trying to figure out how this all works. If anyones got some advice ill take it. im trying to join the quit group for july 2012 but no idea what im doing thanks
Glad to have you with us, Chipper!

you have made a great decision to quit and you CAN do it.

The thing that keeps me from chewing every day is the promise I make to all my quit brothers that I will not have a dip today.

We are all in this together and quit one day at a time. You no longer have nicotine in your system so that is a great thing...if you have bad days, feel like yelling or freaking out, come on here and do it. Yell at us, start fights, do whatever you have to do so you don't take it out on those around you. We know what you are going through and are happy to quit with you today.

It is entirely possible to live without chew...stay on KTC, read about our addiction, learn from the veterans, and keep it up!

One day at a time here.
Post roll in your group. I feel it is a more public way to make a promise to yourself and who is the one person you can never lie to?
