Welcome aboard  hold on. Read around  get a feel for how this works. If you need help, you ask for help...and you get help. Just don't dip...it's that simple. Find your quit group  post often...the more you keep yourself distracted the less likely you will be to do something stupid. So dig in your heels and hang on...it's about to suck.

hey my name is woodsy im 22 years old and ive been about a can a day of copenhagen for the last 5 or 6 of those years. i made the decision to quit because im tired of spending time and money on something that does nothing for me. the problem with my previous quit attempts was that no one in my real life would hold me acountable, so i hope you guys will.
