Echoing what the quitters above said. Welcome ShakenRocket. Read as much as you can about the quit you're embarking on. Even after the physical withdrawal is complete, the mental issues will continue. Learn to hate that poison as much as you "thought" you loved dipping. It did absolutely NOTHING for you. Deal with the suck until it no longer sucks. That's about the best way to describe the early part of a quit. Lean on your brothers and sisters in quit, engage them, trade stories (and phone numbers with them--thru the PM system, not on the open forum). Going through this as a group is FAR superior than trying to handle this crap solo. Again, welcome PM me if you need anything!
