Mills love the attitude! I can do anything I put my mind to! If you truly believe that and get in here post roll and listen, read as much as you can, you will be successful! It's not easy but damn sure not impossible! Next moves your's we're waiting! Anyone can dip but very few people can defeat the nic bitch!

Hi I would stick around but I have got to go start my nicotine-free day. I couldn't help but post in a new quitters intro. You will receive more than enough support here, he'll there is no more than enough support. We quit one day at a time here. July 2015 is welcoming to their group, you'll be quitting there and posting there every morning. Pm me for my number text me anytime. Is that 11B as in the infantry 11b? You can do this. I wish I had great wisdom for you for today, but I struggled mightily each day and no little anecdote has helped (gum, seeds,water), except exchanging texts and PMs with folks on here.

I'm day 3 today, man. My day 2 was worse than my day 1. I already feel like today is going to be better than yesterday.

I had my last dip tonight. I have been wanting to quit but never had the balls too. I have been on this site many times before but now is the time I make this happen. I can do anything I put my mind too. I really want this for ME!
