Welcome aboard Clifton! You can do this. Get involved as much as you can with your quit group and build yourself a support system with fellow quitters. It's a huge boost to your quit. It has gotten me to 121 days of freedom after 27 years of slavery. I sent you a PM, check your inbox.
Just my 2 cents minus Uncle Sam's 40%

You can't handle the quit!

Welcome Cliftonks! Glad to see you on roll! Lean on your quit group as you need to and use this Intro page as a log. Many people find it that the more involved you get here, the harder it is to let yourself fail.

You're in for a tough couple weeks, but I promise that it gets better and it is worth it!

Whats up guys, I stopped dipping 5 days ago, already done two roll calls. Things are going good. I'm pumped to find a support group, stumbled upon this site while looking at cancer pics to prevent me from buying a can 3 days ago. This is my 10th time quitting and my last. Being a father to three amazing children and having a loving/supportive wife I have lots to live for. I'm an accountant by profession so quitting is hard due to the long hours of detailed focused work and the nic always helped me push through. I will beat this addiction. M. Petesch, Clifton, KS
